Scenic Approach Bells Line of Road via Windsor and Richmond

From The West Sydney to Blackheath 114 kms - Take the Great Western Highway
to Blackheath passing through Lawson, Wentworth Falls, Leura, Katoomba and Medlow Bath.
When you get to the traffic lights at Blackheath turn left across the railway and then
sharp left again into Station Street.

• Turn first right into Shipley Road
  

• Turn first left into Megalong Road
  

• Continue down the winding road for about 8kms and you will pass the Megalong Tea Rooms on your right.
  

• Pass Megalong Public School on your left with the Uniting Church opposite.
  

• Euroka Homestead property is about 1.5km from the school on the right.
  St Josephs (small weatherboard building ) is at Euroka's Gate. The gate has a sign in big letters EUROKA

  Open the gate (please close behind you) and proceed down the driveway, the Cottage
  is the first road to your left and is positioned behind a clump of trees on the right.
  The Homestead is straight ahead 100m or so on your left.

  2 hour trip
  Trains depart Sydney Central hourly
  Stops at Strathfield, Parramatta and Penrith then all stations to Springwood, Katoomba, Mt Victoria or Lithgow
  Blackheath is between Katoomba & Mt Victoria
